Why is the goal for enrollment annual growth, when all national demographic data indicates declining or statistically flat high school enrollments/graduations for the next decade? If year-over-year enrollment growth is a stretch goal, it should be stated as such, otherwise we just appear to be unrealistic or uninformed. A more realistic goal would be to maintain the our share of established shrinking and stagnant markets while, potentially, growing our share in larger established markets (i.e. the El Paso / Juarez areas and non-traditional adult / professional learners).
